Rental Terms & Rates

Driver Requirements

The primary driver must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's licence issued for at least 3 years. Two forms of identification are required (e.g. Passport, National ID, Driver's Licence).

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies by vehicle tier and will be communicated at booking.

Insurance

Basic third-party liability is included. Additional coverage options are available at an extra daily charge.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with fuel and must be returned at the same level.

Cancellation

Cancellations 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

Late Returns

1-hour grace period. After that, a full additional day's charge applies.
